1. Overview At Corsce Enterprises, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital strategy and consultancy services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

2. Payment Terms All services provided by Corsce Enterprises require full payment upfront before any work or consultation begins. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

3. Refund Policy We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.

  • Requests made after 7 days of payment will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

  • If work or consultation has already commenced within the 7-day window, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work not yet completed.

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed strategy sessions, consultancy calls, or delivered reports regardless of when the request is made.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@corsce.com with your name, payment details, and reason for the request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients who wish to cancel a scheduled service or consultancy engagement must provide a minimum of 48 hours written notice before the scheduled start.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund

  • Cancellations made within the 7-day refund window and with at least 48 hours notice will be reviewed for a full or partial refund depending on work completed.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances No refund will be issued in the following situations:

  • The 7-day refund window has passed.

  • A consultancy session, strategy call, or report has already been delivered

  • Cancellation notice of less than 48 hours was given.

  • The client has approved or signed off on any deliverable or recommendation.

6. Changes to This Policy Corsce Enterprises reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
